Appointoze provides booking, intake, consent, and deposit verification. We are not a party to agreements between providers and clients.

Providers are responsible for their services, payments, refunds, cancellations, legal compliance, client consent, and verifying deposits in their own accounts.

Appointoze does not store or process payment card numbers. Deposits are paid directly to the provider through their own payment link.

By using Appointoze for client data, you agree to our DPA (Settings → Data & Privacy). You are the controller; Appointoze is the processor.

Do not use Appointoze unlawfully, submit false payment claims, store medical records (medical aesthetics: contact details only), or keep data beyond what appointments require.
